My Background
I am a passionate 23-year-old who fell in love with cooking in college. Originally, my plan was to be a software engineer and web developer, but about 4 years ago at a local pizza restaurant in my college town, I began to cook and instantly fell in love with it. I knew it was what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. Whether thats cooking for large groups, weddings, couples, friends, or whoever, I love nothing more than to be in the kitchen challenging myself everyday!

Coconut Panko Fried Jumbo Shrimp & Orange Marmalade Sauce
$8 for a single plate

Fried till crispy and garnished with lime juice, scallions, and a dot or sriracha. Orange marmalade and Korean soy garlic glaze are combined to create a sweet and savory sauce for the shrimp to rest on. One side is crispy fried coconut and the other is marinaded in the glaze underneath! (6 shrimp per plate).

Steak Frites with Filet Mignon
$16 for a single plate
$58 for four plates
(5oz) Reverse-seared USDA Prime filet mignon simply seasoned with fresh cracked pepper and pink salt and topped with horseradish aioli. Dry brined steak in fridge for 6 hours prior to letting come to room temp. Paired with shoestring russet fries and a sunny-side-up egg.

Mongolian Beef
$7 for a single plate

Tender velvetted beef in a rich, savory and sweet homemade sauce with dark soy, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, onions, and charred scallions. Served over sesame sticky rice.

Homemade Crêpes with Macerated Strawberries
$8 for a single plate
$27 for four plates
Tender traditional crêpes made from scratch, served with ripe strawberries gently macerated in sugar and lemon for a bright and flavorful finish. Topped with powdered sugar, sweet and citrusy strawberry juice, and maple syrup. (5 crepes per plate).
